Trail
Partners
AMC
Trail Partners is a project of the AMC Boston Chapter
Trails Committee that works in partnership with local public and
private
non-profit groups to build and maintain walking trails in local parks
and
conservation land. Since 1995 we have been working with
metropolitan
area
organizations that include the Department of Conservation and
Recreation (DCR), National Park Service, Bay Circuit Alliance, Friends
of the
Middlesex Fells, New England Mountain Bike Association (NEMBA), Sudbury
Valley Trustees, New England Forestry Foundation, Mass
Audubon and The Trustees of Reservations.

Committee
The Trails Committee provides
the leadership for doing trail projects and is open to all AMC members
interested in trail stewardship. If you would like to become
involved:
- Contact the Trails
Committee Chair or come to a meeting.
- Learn about how we
plan trail development and maintenance projects.
- Become a co-leader,
and work up to selecting and leading projects.
- Bonus!!! Only
2 meetings per year during the winter months.
